The USDA regulates transportation of butterflies across state lines. Not all species can be shipped across state lines.
To see a list of species for each state, go to Butterfly of the Month Club and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Not all are available at all times.
There is a $2.50 surcharge per size and per specie.
Please be avised that just enough food is supplied for your caterpillars for the shipment to you. They will need immediate food. Make certain you have the insecticide free host plant available. Shady Oak Butterfly Farm sells most of these host plants as well as Painted Lady Artificial Diet.
